Lost Power Steering in Pontoon Boat

Had my newly acquired pontoon boat (2005 Bennington 25' w Yamaha 90hp 4 Stroke) out for a short evening run tonight. I lost my power steering just as I was pulling in and all I hear is a clicking coming from the helm steering now. The motor is stuck all the way to the left. Any advice would be great. I do have a vent fill plug near my helm, could it just be low and what is the proper way to top off so I dont get air in the system.

Ayuh,.... I'm bettin' yer way past that,....

Fill it up, Bleed it, find the leak, repair it, 'n rebleed it...

Are you sure you have Hydraulic steering on that 90 hp? That would be a bit unusual.
