Loud whistling (air sucking?)

Been trying to figure out what this noise is for a while. It is a 2000 350 Mag, MPI, EFI. Noise gets louder and more high pitched as the rpms go up. Coming from the motor, i'm guessing the throttle body. Is this normal.

I can't hear your exact noise but have had several tbi truck, and with the hood up they all "hissed" pretty good...
