Louisiana boat ownership inquiry?

Does anyone know of a place on the internet to look up a boat from La. to make sure it doesn't have any leins against it, looking at a jetboat without a title, but it still has the hull #'s on the side of it....??? Thanks in advance..

Assuming LA has boat titles, talk to whatever state agency issues them. You won't be able to find it online, at least not without a fee. The vast majority of states make you actually show up in person and sign a document, and then the information they give you will vary dramatically.
