Love My 2005 Nissan-18HP-4stroke-E- Has Intermittant Starter Problem

I bought this Nissan 18HP-4 stroke new and love this engine.
Installed on 14 Ft-Lund Rebel - Planes good, trolls great, great gas economy.

Recently the rubber mount on the cover worked loose...but a little glue took care of this.

In the past year I have had an intermittant electric starter problem
Battery tests good but after after a few hours of stop/start trolling the motor suddenly won't start....

I use the manual pull to start which works great.

Not a mechanic, don't have a manual.
But I do have a friend with excellent skills.

TWO QUESTIONS
1. Motor components that will need to be replaced?
2. Where do I order a Nissan 2005 -NSF18B2EF2 manual for him to use?

You need to diagnose the problem. May just be a loose wire, or could be a solenoid, neutral switch, or starter.

The Factory service manual is availanle from any dealer, including me.
