Low pressure fuel pump

Does anyone know what cylinder the low pressure fuel pump gets its vacuum from on a 2006 mercury EFI 150 hp.
I seem to be getting excess fuel on number 2 cylinder (top port bank) which eventually fouls the plug at lower rpm (3000 to 3600 rpm). If the pump was leaking I assume the fuel would go into the cylinder it gets vacuum from?
