Pop The power head, remove end cap bolts gently pry out endcap, if it doesnt move at all, your going to have to split the cases, pry gently you can also try loosing a couple of the lowere case bolts

Hi Keith<br />If that lower seal is knackered, you will most likely get water into your cylinders, causing a misfire on sparkplugs also it tends to wash away the oil lubricating the cylinders, many a destroyed engine out there thanks to that lowere seal....good luck

Also try rotating it a bit before prying anything. - there is a puller for that if you wanna do it right too. :) <br /><br />-W
