i want to change the lower end oil and i see the lower screw, where the fluid will drain from, but on the top there are two screws, one is a little machine screw and the other is a big screw, it may be plastic and says flush beside it. is this the one that needs to be removed to change the oil? It does not want to turn out ,if i man handle it ,i know ill strip the slot on it.any help thankful, philip.

Flush is for flushing the engine with fresh water. The one next to it is the "Vent" screw and this is the one you remove in conjunction with the "Drain" screw. As well, leave it open when you replenish the oil which goes in through the "Drain" and when it comes out the "Vent", you know you are full.
