hello,ive a 1980 ,25 hp ,blueband and im after changing the o ring on the shift shaft and the 2 seals on the drive shaft (below impeller ),it doesnt look too bad a job ,but do the 2 seals come out easy enough and what holds the shift shaft retainer in place ,,thanks piperdog
