I know I don't have serial number. 25 hp merc. 1980. helping my bud cant drive 200 miles for books

No. but thanks. I have manuals. from 1963 to 2000. the older ones are the best. Thanks again Fun Times for your Help.

i have been using this as a standard test

15 lbs pressure,5-6 lbs vacuum for at least 20 minutes. Use soapy water to find leak's if it doesn't hold pressure.

5-6lb of vacuum??? Wasn't aware vacuum could be bought by the pound, I thought it was sold by length, inches... 5-6 inches of vacuum.. ;)

Just remeber to turn/spin all the shafts while pressure and vacuum are applied...
