i have a crack on my lower unit shaft and gear housing and it doesn't leak. it appears to be beyond the exhoust area and in the gear area. the motor is used mostly in salt water and although flushed after every use i have been told that corrosion can begin to bnuild up around parts causing sweeling and cracking. there is no water in the gear oil but it is really hurting the resale value because it is very visible. has any one else had this problem and is it repairable. thanks guys!!!
