Lower unit bolts stuck

I have taken my lower unit off to service it do to when i drained the lube i got half water half oil. My problem is i cant loosen the 6 flat head bolts on the bottom i have bent two big screw drivers does anyone have a qlue on how to lossen them up. Im not sure if a impact gun would do the trick but do they make screw driver bit for one. Im trying to put a new seal kit on it. Oh im sorry i got alittle 18hp jonhson. Any qlues would make me happy.

The hand impact drivers will usually do the job. I like the OTC 4607 for a low cost set; Sears usually has them for more money:

They aren't "stuck". But they are virtually impossible to remove without the proper tool. The proper tool is the one mentioned by ezeke. If you are going to be working on outboards, it is a necessity.

The tool reverses, so it is also used to sock those screws in tight when you put it back together.
