lower unit cost for 92 200HP yamaha

I have seen and read lots of posts on replacing lower units. What I am looking for is approximately how much the lower unit should cost.

I ask because I see the boat motor parts section on this site. It lists two different vendors. One wants $875, the other one closer to $2000. That's a rather big difference. Why the big pricetag difference?
