Re: lower unit oil

Purchase the OMC oil and buy the quart. I am pretty sure your lower unit takes about 27 ounces. As an initial investment you also need to buy the pump (about $8.00)with the threaded end. If you add up how much you will have to spend on "tubes" of lower unit oil the price is cheaper in the long run. DO NOT USE REGULAR GEAR OIL it is too thick for the job. Just make sure it is oil designed for the lower unit.

Bob
