lower unit specs for 1989 85 hp

Will this lower unit work on a 89 85 hp motor?1251F9D / SER # 017650 is the # from the 120hp moter it will be coming from. As always thanks for the help..

It should, as long as both have a one piece driveshaft and both have the exhaust thru the snout, not thru the prop.
