I have a 2009 f350 25" shaft and want to put on 30" shaft from 2011 f250. Are these interchangeable?
Thanks

Is this a real question or are we being trolled?

A 25" lower unit won't work on a 30" motor (or vice versa) and an F350 lower unit won't work on an F250 (or vice versa). In fact, there are many different F250 models. Not all F250 lower units will work on all F250 models.

what do you mean are you being trolled? Yes, a real question. Not on here looking for sarcasm. Pulling a 30" lower unit with extension will not fit on motor that has 25" lower unit?

shafts will be wrong for the boat plus he agreed with me that the 250 and 350 use different lower units

I have no idea if the drive shafts are the same diameter or spines along with many other things
