lower unit

I have a 1990 & 1977 mercury outboards and I can only find a vent hole, no fill hole. How would I fill the lower unit? Maybe I'm over looking it!

It has to have a fill hole, look at the very bottom of the skeg toward the front, it's the angle you are looking.
