I had a problem with my fish finder that I got as a present last X-mas and sent it back to Lowrance for repairs. I shipped on May 13th and was received by Lowrance on the 19th. On their website they have a Return Authorization (RA) Status which to date, hasn't posted my RA number. I've emailed them twice with no response and called them twice with no answer. Anyone know what's going on?
