Lowrance LCX-27C Stuck in DEMO Mode

I just took it out of the box, hooked up the power and the antenna, turned it on and I can't get it out of Demo(Simulator) Mode. Looked through the manual, nothing about taking it out.. It's got to be something simple, I turned it off and on 5 times, no change.

I did a little more reading last night, and in the fine print, the manual states that the transducer needs to be pluged in, or the machine will revert to Demo mode. Have a great day!
