I have been having a problem for the last three weeks or so that has finally gotten my goat. LST3800 Lowrance LST-3800 is not showing a display. It worked for a few months, but then mysteriously stopped.
I checked all couldnt wiring, and I couldnt find any problems.
When I turn the unit on via it's accessory switch, it beeps correctly, then (after what seems like a few seconds for the unit to fire up) I can push buttons on the unit and hear the beeping each time any button is pushed, which leads me to believe that it is literally a display issue and not any type of electrical fault.
I could obviously be mistaken.
Has anyone else had this issue with this unit or have any troubleshooting tips? Did I leave out any useful info? Nothing has changed on the boat since I installed the unit so I am not suspecting that it is anything that I may have done inadvertently.
