Lund 1750 Tyee GS

Looking at buying a 1997 Lund 1750 Tyee GS with a 115 Johnson, Electric Trolling Motor on the Bow. Dealer's asking 10,000.
Does anyone have any Pro's or Con's about Lund Boats?
I heard they had problems in the 90's with leaks near the Rivets and also Transom problems (Reading other Threads)???
