Lund boat with a HIN starting with OBB?????

I am looking at what I think is a Lund boat but the HIN starts with "OBB". The USCG indicates the boat was made by OB Boat Works and that they went out of business in 1989. I sent an email to Lund with the same question. Am I looking at a stolen boat?? It is supposed to be a 2007 Lund 1660 Classic Sport.

You ought to be able to tell an 18 year old boat from a three year one.

Lund did use the letters LBB, also LUN, and ADU.

Lunds generally say "LUND" in big letters on each side.

Turns out. the Seller gave me the wrong HIN #. First digit should have been a "L" not a "O". So LNN is valid id for Lund for that year. Oh well live and learn. Thanks to all who replied.:redface:
