My father has his 1900 Lund Pro V SE with a 150 Merc Opti on it with a 15 hp 4 stroke merc kicker. The problem is that he had some medical issues and the boat now has two year old gas in it about 30 gals. What is the easiest way to remove the gas from both the boat and motors. I figure I could get access to the gas tank through one of the access plates and syphone from there, but how do you get the gas out of the Optimax and re-prime the motor to run new gas through it. I believe he did stabilize the gas after the last time he used it.
