M2 throttle replacement

Hello all! I recently came across a cheap boat with a bad motor but some really nice bits on it, one of which is a M2 quicksilver unit that functions great! The unit currently in my boat is missing the neutral button, trim up doesn’t work only trailer(which I don’t think this will fix) and also the safety on the top to go in gear doesn’t function as it should. Ideally I would like to swap them. What’s the best way to go about doing this?
