My cabinfever got to me , so I called the Fed toll free line to register for my Ma. saltie licence . They asked me about 25 questions , then gave me my new licence number , and said a rip-proof / waterproof ma licence will be here in 30 days . This year (2010) it's free but there will be a fee next year . Now to free time to get to the Canal .... peter

Been reading reports of cod overwintering by the power plant ... I figgure my casting arm could use a little exercise too..Peter
