Made a small hoist to install my powerhead today

I could not quite lift it alone and I did not have help so I made this. I mounted it to the overkill engine stand I made years ago, it worked good. The best thing about it is that it calapses and does not take up any more room in my garage than the engine stand. It uses a portable hydraulic tool I already had and I had all the metal laying around.

That's sweet, we were actually just talking about using an engine stand to attach to the rear part of our hull and engine hoist from the bow eye. Your idea is a step above ours. Good idear
