Have a slip on a private lake in Southern Indiana. Five minutes from my house. Last night we grabbed the dog jumped on the boat and puttered until dark. We have a sports bar/restaurant by the marina. My wife hasn't stopped smiling.
Once we get comfortable and a bit more experienced, will try some nearby lakes and the Ohio river.
This site is awesome! Have learned so much by looking things up in forums. How did we do anything before the internet?
