mainer 15hp prop

im buying a prop for a mariner 15hp that is a little diffrent than what is on the moter.what is on the moter is 9.25x10.50 the one im getting is 9.25x10 will this work? and if so what would it change. thanks for any replies

Yes, it will work and should change nothing. The only thing you will need to watch out for is there are 2 different diameter thrust hubs and if you don't get the right size it will take the slip hub out of your new prop.

thanks. i think that was the prob to begin with the rubber insert was chewed up and the moter would not get to full throttle. ive already ordered the prop from iboats .how can you tell if you got the right diameter thrust hub? the ser#15m 684 l 313763 i think its an 81 moter thanks
