I have just about finished my 89 cuddy Capri with 85 force.I can believe it is the same boat. When I got it it was left for dead and it was given to me and at the time I was no boater by any stretch.Well I finally got the ambition to get it out of where it was and it had rotted floors, bird eaten seats and the blue strip was white.Well I wanted to see if it ran before I took it to the junk yard and I could not believe it fired up after only a couple of tries. This postponed its funeral.I then took out the 4000psi power wash and went to town, well after looking like I came out of a sewer pipe it came out surprisingly good. Then called a boat friend to see if it would float and run he was blown away how it ran.Well that was all I needed to know.I called a cousin who is and expert on high end car interiors and gave him the whole interior to redo with a picture of my uncle's cobalt interior and every thing Holy, it looked too good to put in this boat.I fixed the floors put beautiful new carpet, added much needed more up to date gauges and it is amazing.I will have it finished by the end of the week in which I will include pics.I wish I knew I was going to do this because I would have taken before pics as well.
