I'm installing new manifolds on my 7.4 this weekend and was wondering if they have to be tourqued with a tourque wrench or not and if so does anyone know how many pounds?

Ayuh,.... I shoot fer 35/ 40ft.lbs. with my calibrated elbow....

is that a snap on elbow....or craftsmen?......they are calibrated different
