If I provide the serial number off of the outboard engine, could anyone provide me with the exact year of the engine? Is there a website that I could input that information and find out what I need to find out?
This place is the best for advice. I have been visiting here ever since I got my Skeeter. The engine is a Mercury XR2 Blackmax. I will check the post to see if I got any responses. I checked the store here at iboats, and they have different manuals and I want to be sure before I buy.
It is currently at the shop right now. Getting the carbs cleaned and all new stuff put in.
