Howdy,<br /><br />Im from Germany and cant find any help on this over here, so maybe you guys can give me some hints? Heres the problem:<br />I got me a new boat (nice little Lami 440RX) with a 40hp Evinrude VRO at its stern- the motor seems to be ok, but I cant tilt it upwards since the small cable that leads from this plastic handle down to the release- valve of the damper-cylinder is missing! Any idea where I could get such a cable with all the necessary nuts and so on? Looks like nobody has something like that over here, but before I start designing something by myself to operate that valve I wanna give it a try over in the US....<br />Ah- I dont know the exact year of that motor, but I think this tilt- device shouldnt be so different over the years shouldnt it?<br />Will post another topic related to this VRO system right away, so if anyone is familiar with these motors he should also answer that, please?<br /><br />many greetings, and, by the way, this is a great forum, Im already in for 3 hours now and Im reading and learning and reading and learning and.....<br /><br />greetings,<br />Rotti
