We're trying out a little-used 2006 Tahoe Q4 SF this weekend and are currently inclined to close the deal. Question: I have a fair amount of boating experience but it's long-ago experience, and I don't have any boat-buying experience. When buying a boat nowadays, would one expect to get a manual with the boat? The current owner seems conscientious, and delivered us what he thinks are all the manuals: the Merc 4.3 engine, the trolling motor, the depth finder -- everything's got a manual EXCEPT the boat. He vaguely recalls having the same discussion when he bought the boat and being told boats didn't come with manuals "because everything was so obvious." Ooookay.....
Tahoe's web site doesn't seem to have a location for downloading PDF product manuals or ordering printed ones. Is there such a thing? I have all sorts of little questions about things like maintenance intervals and such.
