mariah bimini cover

i have a 1998 mariah shabah 18ft bowrider with a bimini hood,anyone know where this should be stored while motoring,there is a space under the engine cover(inboard 3.0.lxmercruiser).<br />but the frame seems too wide to fit in!!.<br />i know that the weather in the u.k usually needs the hood up but sometimes the sun does come out!!

Just got my '03 Mariah 19 ft., and the bimini cover won't fit inside the engine compartment unless it's caddy-corner. I'm just going to keep it stowed upright on the gunwales until winter, and then stow it inside the engine compartment.
