I am replacing the head gasket on my Mercruiser I6 250cu inch engine. It has a closed cooling system, so only antifreeze circulates the engine. Do I need to use a marine specific head gasket or is an automotive version acceptable?

Thanks very much, I have a new Fel Pro head gasket residing between the cylinder head and block of the old 250cu in.
