Not sure if posting in the right section don't see this brand listed?

I have a 1992 Luhrs project boat I have been working on out of the water for about 10 years. It Has 2 Marine Power 454s Sportpac engines I personally have never heard of this brand I am use to Mercruiser I/O. I have a few questions not easy to find parts til I figure out exactly what I got here..

1. How can I tell what year engines are? I think they where replaced at some point both meters say ab 100 hours if that's right. I cant find serial number like merc engines have I looked near the starter ect however the block number is 10114182 From what I can tell they are GM engines?

2. I am trying to replace/cross reference spark plugs and belts but local parts stores are useless here and have no clue and my napa went out of business. The current belts say goodyear 13461 Matchmakers 10AV1170 Looks like they don't make this belt anymore. For the spark plugs it has Champion RV15yc4 plugs What is the recommended plug to use?

3. I have velvet drives model 10-18-106 serial number 5853. What type of trans fluid do these use? and is there a filter usually? I only see 2 oil filters for the motors for some reason has 2 for each engine.

Any help is much appreciated
Thanks.

Marine power makes custom marine engine packs and some really cool diesel builds

Look up the block casting number (just above the flywheel housing boss behind the head

Take old belts to a NAPA and let them cross reference

Most likely there is a remote filter kit installed. Would need to know which brand of filter head, or march the existing filters

3 Qts Dextron ATF ,usually a screen not actually a filter.

I only see 2 oil filters for the motors for some reason has 2 for each engine.

if equipped with a remote it would only be 1 , sure its not a spin-on fuel water sep?

Yea I got the oil filters cross refenced to wix that was easy just wondering why it would have 2 have never seen that before.
Most high flow remote oil filter kits have 2 filters. Every one I ever used did.

Just noticed my engines do not have tstats installed with fresh water cooling is it suppose to? Its a bahr marine setup if that matters. Also had to pull one head from port motor had a stuck/bent valve I assume from sitting.

yes, t-stats are required to control the rate or flow of water thru an engine to control heat transfer.

since this is an aftermarket kit, the t-stat may be relocated

it looks like there is a t-stat housing on the heat exchanger on the port side. hard to see in the photo
