Marine Tachs?

Just wondering if you could run an automotive tach on an outboard motor? Does anybody know if this has ever been done.<br />Jason

Bought mine off e-bay for $30. Still in package. It was a Teleflex the dealer wanted $75 for.<br /><br />Terry G.

You can also go to www.surplusunlimited .com and find a tach for $30. If you have a problem with it they will take care of you.<br /><br />Dutch
