I am going to redo the DC wiring on my 1981 Sea Ray 260. The current wiring is really sloppy and I am OCD about electrical wiring being neat and organized (and safe). There are two batteries and both have a bunch of ring terminals attached at the battery stud (6 on one, 4 on the other) with a bunch of inline fuses.
I am buying a Blue Sea 6-circuit fuse block with grounds for each battery.
The current crimp terminals appear to be the very cheap ones (including some going to the engine sensors and electric choke) that have spade terminals that don't hold well.
I am looking for a terminal kit that is of high quality and contains a good assortment of spade, ring, etc terminals.
Any suggestions?
I see that iboats carries the Blue Sea fuse block but I couldn't find any terminal kits using the search.
