I overfilled my oil tank and it overfilled the resevoir in the upper portion of the O/B. Oil leaks when the engine is tilted up (a few drops in the motor well) and also down the shaft after running. It seems llike less these days and there is no evidence of leaks. I have cleaned up the oil the best I can but it seems to still migrate out of the cowl. I know a little goes a long way...but any hints?

The oil tank on the motor should never get overfilled. There are check valves to prevent this. It sounds like your check valves are dirty or defective.
