I have a 1988 Mariner 15m. <br />Serial # 054118. Made in Japan.<br />Code: 684 C S (what is the code anyway?)<br /><br />The motor runs great. But there are 2 green wires sticking out from under the flywheel. They have wire connectors on the end of them. <br />What are these for? <br />I thought maybe they are to convert to an electric start or to use as an electrical outlet for my lights and fish finder.<br />I believe in "if it aint broke don't fix it" but I am very curious.<br />Thanks
