I have an 1995 mariner 200 carbureted motor , it has a rough idle and runs rough until about 2000 rpms then smooths our , on plane and full throttle it runs perfect , carb issue ?
Compression Test
Can Spark jump a 3/8" gap?
Carbs clean, Floats set correctly?
Leaky Intake/carb gasket
Carbs all completely closed at idle?
Carbs and Timing synced to each other?
Cold Enrichment system not leaking?
Does a cylinder drop test show any increase in roughness?
