Outside of that using the model number J020201CD seems to suggest the engine may be a 2004 model year as it's been mentioned elsewhere online such as the following, SOLVED: I have a mariner 25 hp 2004 model j020201cd.What ...

What does the local Mercury dealers suggest to do for finding parts and service for that serial number?
