Mariner 40Em outboard age and mixture?

I have trawled through many pages on here and Google so that I didn't need to ask this question but to no avail.

I have a Mariner 40EM electric start engine serial number 6E9 110416 (W).
I would like to know the age and the mixture that it should be run on, or is it likely to be oil injection?

I bought the boat at an auction and am hoping to test run it when I get home, so help in advance of this would be great.

Have found official rating at 50:1 mix and uses pre-mixed fuel.
Would still like to know age 6E9 S 110416 W.
Also will ther be a charge circuit fitted to the engine as this is not clear in the manual.

I guess if you give me enough time I will eventually evolve into the answers I need?
I now know there is a charger circuit fitted.
Still want to know the age though?

Should be built in 1987 40HP short shaft, electric start, oil injected engine.

Many thanks Laddies for age, all other info correct except oil injection, might have been removed but it's not there.
