I am trying to test the switch box. I admit I am not sure how to do it. I am using the CDI troubleshooting guide. I am trying to test the DVA. I read somewhere that when testing a stator, if you multiply the reading by 1.41 you will get the peak AC voltage. I put the red lead on the blue wire and the black lead on the blue/white wire and got a reading of 48 volts. x 1.41 = 67.7 DVA. I put the red lead on the red wire and the black lead on the red/white wire and got a reading of 33 volts x 1.41 = 46.5 DVA. I do not know how to test the ohms to get a reading on that (I need help). Am I on the right track or not to finding my problem?
