Hi all. I have got a question about my mariner 60hp. I have use the engine and boat for the first time since I bought it a few years ago. After a lower leg oil change a new impeller and case and new plugs it all started up ok and seemed to warm up ok and not get to hot. After I got away from land and slowly opened it up all seemed well for a few mins until the engine started to bog down until I throttled back for a few mins then it would open up again for a few mins. It was as if it was been starved of fuel. I have not touched the carbs and I am starting to think it could be these at fault. Are they easy to clean? any advise would be great.
