Mariner 9.9

I got a mariner 9.9 and the serial plate is chipped in one spot. The numbers that i do have are 682 C? 003327. Im thinking the question mark is a 3 or an 8 maybe. Any help would be great. Where would i buy parts for this motor could i just go through a mercury dealer? Thanks alot

This one comes up as:

9,9 M 682-000551 - 682-004460 1978

The problem with this one is that it is a Japanese made Mariner and I think their model number was a 9.9B whereas the North American charts do not show a 9.9 being built in 1978 but beginning in 1979 and they only show s/ns for 9.9C models beginning with s/n 682-032886 in the early to mid '80s.

What parts are you looking for?

The carb bowl in leaking bad. Also sucking air. Looking like someone took apart the fuel pump too. Major drippage.

Can you get the p/ns off the carb and the fuel pump?

Its a TK carb 68270 8k and the fuel pump is one with the carb body.
