Mariner outboard A723948 Year? HP ?

Hi guys,I need some help an other time for my second motor. I have a Mariner outboard and I don't know the year and how many HP it has. So, if somebody is able to help me I'll appreciated . Thanks in advance and have a happy new year!!.

Thank you capt. BEAR, I have forgotten to specify that a canadien engine between 10-30Hp I suppose. The serial number is A723948. If it may be useful I hope so. Thanks again ...
