Does it start beeping immediately as the key is turned ON even before the motor is started?
All of this is necessary to know BEFORE even starting to determine what could be wrong.
Always remember there is NO RETURN on electrical parts, proper diagnosis is critical in order to rule out espensive needless part replacement.
