i have a 1989 mariner 200 i was just wondering with the exhaust.I know it comes out at the foot and middle out the water is there a way to make it all come out above the water i want it to sound the way it does on the hose when its in the water thanks

You can drill the mid, but then
1. It's illegally loud, and will pi$$ off enough people to get you in trouble. (Maybe that's the goal)
2. It weakens the Mid
3. It can affect motor tune, sometimes negatively.
