Mark 35A Stator Fit

Looking for a stator for my Mark 35A, 1959 Found something on line that is apparently for a Mercury 350 400 450 and 500. Any thought as to whether or not this would fit my outboard motor?

Yes, it should fit as long as you have a flywheel with the magnets inside...

Stator won't do a thing without the magnets...
