Marvel Mystery Oil and Johnson O/B

O.K. Gentleman,<br />I have always used Marvel Mystery Oil in my auto fuel and oil, all of the boats I have had ie; Inboard, I/O, and Outboard, and also in my lawn and garden equipment. Does anyone see a reason that I should not use it on my 1999 Johnson 150hp Ocean Pro with 53hrs. on it?<br />Brad

I used to put it in my 95 Chevy Blazer thinking that it was helping to keep my injectors clean.<br />It did accomplish that task. <br />I'm not sure but I think it almost caused me to have to replace my EGR valve. I had to put in several bottles of STP gas treatmentto remedy the Egr code.<br /><br />I do use it in my lawn equipment, farm tractor and Cummins Diesel, Seemingly with good results.<br /><br />It say's on the container good for all internal combustion engines. I havent used it on my DF140 though.<br /><br />Maybe some outboard mechanic's while make some comments about this.<br /><br />Good Luck<br /><br />DMC
